"An (online) safe space for female creatives to listen to each other, share our stories, and build focus and self-awareness.

No prior experience of coaching/peer-coaching is needed, and anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome. I hope we will be a diverse group who can all share and learn from each other.

You'll be sent a short worksheet to fill in beforehand, and during the session you'll be introduced to some of the skills used in peer-coaching, and have the opportunity to practice in pairs. We'll be exploring the theme of 'courage', reflecting on where we are now, where we want to be, and how to get there." - Beki Gowing, August 2020.
